OUR STORY

Cara Kelly & the Tell Tale's soulful, rootsy, rock and roll crosses genre lines with sophisticated song writing, soaring harmonies, and dynamic musicianship. Led with the fierce intensity of Cara Kelly's vocals (guitar, mandolin), CKTT is rounded out by fellow songwriter, Tim Nodar (vocals, guitar), Audrey Hamilton (upright bass, vocals), and Rob Parrish (drums). Together they craft a sound that is wholly their own and captivate audiences with their energetic live performances.

From inception, CKTT quickly found their niche in the fast-growing music scene of their hometown, Baltimore, MD. They have played the main stages at regional festivals such as Artscape, Hot August Music Festival, Lunar Bay Music & Arts Festival, and Camp Barefoot Music & Arts Festival. Other notable venues they've played include Rams Head Live!, Gypsy Sally's in Washington, DC, The 8x10, and Ottobar. Cara Kelly & the Tell Tale have shared the stage with dozens of nationally touring acts, including Michael Franti and Spearhead, Greensky Bluegrass, Galactic, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, Jessica Hernandez & the Deltas, JD McPherson, John Ginty, and John Popper.

CKTT released their first EP, The Unexpected, in 2013 and second EP, "Puncture," in early 2014. Currently, the band is in the studio working on their first full-length album.
